I am Revathi, an independent journalist focussing mainly on classical arts and music. I also train teenagers to be student journalists.
In the evenings, I am at my art desk with paper and pencils. Then brushes, pens and colours join in to create art. My love for Indian folk arts draws me to nature, Gods and everyday life.
I am her to share the stories behind each of my sketches and paintings and to document what happens on my sheets when the day ends. In a way, RevArtTales is my field book.
If a story connects with what you do or like to see, or if you would like me to create something for you, let’s connect.
Find me @revarttales and do follow me for what I create and post, as well as for what I repost from the artists friends’ works.
